European tour with the Al Foster Quartet

Adam will be on tour in Europe October 12th - 22nd with the Al Foster Quartet, featuring Marcus Strickland on saxophones and Doug Weiss on bass. See the performance page for more details.

September performances

Adam will be performing September 19th for a live taping of Marian McPartland's Piano Jazz with fellow pianist Aaron Diehl at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola. Then September 20th Adam's trio returns to Smalls. Please keep an eye out for more perfomance info coming soon, including a special solo concert and upcoming tour dates with both Al Foster and Greg Osby.

Upcoming Summer Performances

Adam will appear at the Hartford Jazz Festival on Sunday July 17th with the Al Foster Quintet featuring Wallace Roney. Adam will also appear for a live NPR broadcast at the 92nd St Y -- "The Checkout Live" -- in New York with the Pedro Giraudo Orchestra, as well as other performances in New York and Boston. Then in August Adam will perform a solo piano set at Smalls. Check the performance page for details on all these events.

Spring 2011 tour with Al Foster

Adam will be performing throughout Europe March 25th - April 6th in Europe with the Al Foster Quartet. For further details visit the "Performances" page.

Fall tour with Al Foster Quartet

Adam will be performing in Russia and Eastern Europe with the Al Foster Quartet from September 10th - 26th. Performances will take place in Koktobel, Kiev, Moscow, Rostov, Ekaterinburg, Minsk, Odessa, and Vinnitsa. For more details see the "Performances" section.

Adam performed in Europe with the Al Foster Quartet for 6 nights in July. The tour included performances in Geneva, Paris, Helsinki, and Freistadt, Austria.

Rhythm Road Asia Tour

Adam will be touring India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Turkey over the next month as part of the Rhythm Road program, sponsored by the US State Department and Jazz at Lincoln Center. The group, led by Charlie Porter, includes Scott Ritchie on bass and Jon Wikan on drums. The band will also perform in Washington DC and at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola in New York upon conclusion of the tour.

One more gig in Boston

Adam will be appearing Tuesday, May 4th at the Beehive in Boston. The group, led by drummer Lee Fish, features George Garzone and John Lockwood. See the "performances" section for more info.

Boston area shows during Jazzweek 2010

Adam will be performing three times in the Boston area this coming week, Monday and Thursday in solo piano shows at Boston College and at the Lily Pad in Cambridge, then Friday performing Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" at Boston College.
